The new Hamilton Beach® Commercial stainless steel BrewStation® Urns are available in 45 (HCU045S), 65 (HCU065S) and 110 (HCU110S) cup sizes. With one-hand dispensing, guests won’t have to juggle plates or silverware while filling their cups. Dispensing coffee is fast and easy, so the line quickly moves through the coffee station.
The BrewStation® Urns feature a Dual Heater System that brews coffee using the center heater, then shuts off when brewing is complete. A Gentle Warming Heater keeps stored coffee at a constant serving temperature without overcooking it. Even the last cups of coffee from the Hamilton Beach® BrewStation® Urns will taste freshly brewed.
“Another great feature of the BrewStation® line of coffee urns is the removable tank,” according to Ann Marie Blackmon, product manager at Hamilton Beach Commercial. “The tanks have handles that fold up or down for easy carrying and compact storage. Additionally, the tanks are corrosion-free stainless steel, so they’re easy to clean, more durable and they last longer (not sure if this is true).”
The BrewStation® Urns also have a Decaf Indicator which lets guests know at-a-glance when decaf is being served and a Ready Light that illuminates when brewing is complete. “These urns are designed for the demands of busy buffet lines, hotel and office lobbies, churches or anywhere there’s a gathering,” Blackmon added.
