How to Store Coffee
Once roasted, coffee beans must be stored in a cool, dry and dark place to preserve
the fresh taste of the bean. Roasted coffee exposed to air, moisture, heat, and light goes
stale far more quickly and adversely affects flavour profile. The key to rich, full-flavoured
coffee is limiting the effects of these external forces through proper storage.
DE’LONGHI’S VACUUM COFFEE CANISTER is a battery-powered,
motorised unit that can hold 500g of coffee. It works to fend off moisture, oxidation
and acidity. Just place coffee beans inside, pull the handle shut, and watch it create
